Choose between our 1-hour Pod Float or Open Float for a personalised sensory deprivation experience. The Pod blocks external stimuli, while the Open Float offers a sense of openness. Both feature 500kg of magnesium salt in body-temperature water to achieve a sensation of weightlessness to soothe and calm your mind and body.

Unlike Float Therapy, Mineral Soakers are designed with a higher water temperature to enhance mineral absorption, providing deep nourishment for your body. Each soak contains 100kg of Magnesium Salt, 15kg of Himalayan Salt and 5kg of Celtic Salt.

Himalayan Salt: detoxifies the body, reduces bloating, and supports skin health.
Celtic Salt: balances electrolyte levels and contributes to overall well-being.

Infrared Sauna + Ice Bath

Our Infrared Sauna heats the body from within at a comfortable 55°C, offering deep, soothing warmth. Paired with an ice bath, the contrast provides a cool down that aids in muscle recovery.

Traditional Sauna + Ice Bath

Set at 90°C, our Traditional Sauna heats the air for a more intense experience. The cold plunge afterward offers a refreshing contrast, promoting circulation and a revitalizing cool down. You can also customize your sauna session with a selection of scents for added relaxation.

Unlike our Infrared and Traditional Sauna’s, this experience uses moist heat to create a warm and humid environment. The high humidity helps the body to relax and let go of stress.

Our Red Light Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that helps heal and improve health by using red light to energize cells. This boosts repair in the skin, muscle tissue, and more, with a full-body approach to address various skin issues.
