We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience, including major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash. Payment is processed securely at the time of your appointment or when booking online.

For most therapies, we provide all necessary amenities, including towels, robes, and slippers. We recommend bringing comfortable clothing to change into after your session. If you're attending a Float Therapy session, you might prefer to bring a swimsuit, although it's optional.

We understand that plans can change. If you're unable to make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We kindly ask for at least 6 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee and to allow us to offer the slot to another client.
